Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Payment

To confirm a reservation, guests pay 50% of the total stay value online at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is payable directly at the villa during check-in.

2. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit (typically ₹5,000–₹10,000 depending on the villa) is collected at check-in. This is refunded at check-out, subject to inspection for damages or breakages.

3. Cancellations by Guests

• Cancelled 7+ days before check-in: full refund of the advance paid, minus payment gateway charges.
• Cancelled 3–6 days before check-in: 50% of the advance paid is refunded.
• Cancelled within 72 hours of check-in, or in case of a no-show: the advance paid is non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

4. Date Changes

Rescheduling is subject to villa availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before the original check-in date. We'll do our best to accommodate changes at no extra cost, subject to any seasonal price difference.

5. Cancellations by Book My Villas

In the rare event a villa becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a comparable alternative property or a full refund of amounts paid.
